****We do not use stabilizers or preservatives this butter. Everything is completely natural so store your butters at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

If the product has melted when you receive it, shake the jar gently and place it in the fridge for atleast 30 min or until it become solid.

If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to heat up to room temperature. Also, whipped products will not appear full in the jar after they have melted. You are not receiving less product, it is still the same amount you would have received in a full jar if the product had not melted. The consistency may change a bit but will keep all of the benefits.
